So let me explain:
we waited for months for this RM
Emergent posted time to time showing confidence, 4 lawyers bla bla...
then one lawyer said something was not clear in one annual report from 2013 only now after weeks of due diligence,
yesterday they turned down that candidate,
now they are pleased to announce three new candidates for RM.

Maybe my patience is over (3 years and TSNP exploded even in the middle of covid),
maybe I'm not a RM procedures/steps expert,
but I don't like the way to communicate "I'm the best in town, trust me!". (usually something to hide..)
