CEO has been diluting shares to keep this current for a good while. I’m way into long term cap gains today waiting on his efforts.
The Restricted is his paycheck. Those will be sold when the control is bought by the candidate he finds suitable to take over this shell.
Float numbers is all you should look at. T/A will only give out numbers that have been updates from filings.
1.9m to 6.1m is the only change in 2+ years. It’s still a solid .60 shell going forward. I think he has a few years of financials paid for. So we’re good.
Just hurry up snd wait. Chris will make a formal announcement when he has made a change of control deal.
