Is the future cash flow and profitability going up, you buy.
if it's going down, you short..

If the assets are valued at $0, you buy.
If the share price far exceeds the value of the assets, you short.

At $.105 a share, with all our assets and a new major shareholder,
I'm averaging down.

I have started adding to my MMY position with my eyes wide open.

These assets in this present inflationary environment would cost several
hundred of million dollars to replace.

I look forward to an offer, as we have key assets that are worth lots, the
real question is how much?
