I'm with you. I think this needs to be investigated.

I put in a Buy at 1:18pm EST for 50,000 at .0325 -- at the time there was 10,000 at .0305 and 30,000 at .0325 and 10,000 at .038.

I ended up getting all 50,000 at .0305 but then a large block at around 182000 shares popped up on the ASK at .031 (GTSM).

Something dark and sinister is going on in my humble limited knowledge opinion.

Who does one contact to have OTC/SEC/Finra??? look into such matters and manipulation or do we have to wait for an uplist?
