The Rising Sun Chair- ECRC-LOGO comparison
The original chair was George Washington's seat during the Constitutional Convention (1787) held at the Pennsylvania State House (now Independence Hall). The chair is named after a quote made by Benjamin Franklin. While watching the signing of the Constitution he remarked to those near him:

I have often and often in the course of the Session, and the vicissitudes of my hopes and fears as to its issue, looked at that behind the President without being able to tell whether it was rising or setting: But now at length I have the happiness to know that it is a rising and not a setting Sun.

Visiting the Penn. State House in my younger days I can remember seeing that very chair & hearing this same story. When a board member posted the response from Jim Sims in regards to the "NEW LOGO". The Gear logo atop of the letter-head to the NDEQ for the Air Permit extension filing. It brought thoughts of this chair... & Ben Franklins comment!

Frustrating -"Indeed!" Each shareholder holding shares & a stake in this endeavor for so long must ask themselves - "IF they believe Niocorp's prospects are rising or setting...?"
I have determined for myself like Ben- "At length I have reserved to myself the happiness to know that it is a RISING and not a setting Sun."

Form your own conclusions & opinions...as always.
