The first is the option/merger agreement & second is off the old website under a hidden link and the annuals & Q1 state that they are working it along with a mine north of the Ruby Mine.
The JV is providing capital throughout all this. DSCR is current on all things, (except trading status) which we are waiting for the Attorney Letter that needs to be there by April 29th.
The company has no $$$ so funding is coming from somewhere that is on going IMO
