Feels like today is last chance for any news before shareholders meeting. Back to Galvin - it’s interesting to me that the annual didn’t mention anything in regards to him being out as director, however he didn’t sign and is not listed as a director in the voting proxy. The annual also talked about internal control and control of related parties which IMO seemed to allude to the lawsuit….

Regardless, for me I’ve shifted away from following PPS and merger speculation day to day and focused on long term hold. I like how this is playing out and all the work cleaning up the balance sheet and growing business. I also like the focus on currency processing and compliance (esp if really partnering with govt) vs transporting cash, which seems like a commodity without the compliance side. .

At some point an uplist with or without merger is going to happen … way to much effort and energy spent here from insiders to not have a plan.
