Hop-ON is now FLAT BROKE, per the CEO. HPNN can't pay ANY of its obligations, and is already facing court and California action because of this.

Any assets HPNN (or Petey) has, or ever will have, are now subject to seizure. This includes any personal ownership in the private company digitalage, that is also deep in debt and pretty much broke now.
