Payment in "cash and stock". We know they increased its A/S from 25M to 60M. I believe the outstanding shares went from 16M to 51M, and then news of this acquisition increased it an additional 5M shares, to 56M shares outstanding.

That's a 40M share increase. Hopefully, the The Import Export Group, Inc only got 5M shares for their payment of "cash and stock" because they seem to be selling today.
