Hi, looks quite interesting here. Can the tender offer be pulled anytime buy the buyer, prior to mid April?

Another way of asking. If you have already tendered your shares, and the purchasing company decides not to complete the transaction, what happen.

New to this situation and trying to gain info before buying. Thanks to anyone with info.
