I have no idea. Only when the CE comes off can it trade again in the US. But once that happens the merger will likely be effectuated immediately/simultaneously, including the 1-for-500 share Reverse Split and the simultaneous issuance of 150 Million post-RS shares to Bentley. Assuming last trade the post-RS price would be around $1.50, but the huge dilution will have an impact, along with the fact that there will be actual assets, capital and businesses in the newly capitalized company. The big question is how the huge dilution affects the post-RS share price, given that the current SFIN shares will be less than 3/10's of 1% of the Outstanding shares at that point. Will the new assets and businesses be enough to counteract or overcome that huge dilution is the $64,000 question.
