Zyvox, which is still in the $1000 range, with insurance, to treat anything.

A few generics have come online since I last Rx'ed Zyvox (linezolid). Looks like you can still pay $1000 if you want, but shopping around gets it down to $2/pill without insurance. Look at the huge variation among pharmacies, even with a GoodRx card. These antibiotic ANDA's make for a squirrelly target, especially given the API impurity issues previously described by Nasrat.
