My thoughts on TDS/$AGRQ: TDS is lacking funds, no major cash at hand. If they are such a mega company they should be everywhere, especially in UK where TDS has been in business since 2014.

A quick google search turns up nothing except their website and PRs, but no links to other businesses or clients. No major “hits” and TDS is supposedly a digital marketing company so there should be hits everywhere online. Even the clients noted on website are the SAME clients as stated in May 2020 and the same old two testimonials, nothing new - BUT business is supposedly booming?! I doubt it, or clients and testimonials would have been expanded to market business even more online.

Quite suspicious as the big data players have endless “hits” and articles everywhere online and some have been in business for a much shorter time than TDS. TDS is definitely suspect to me.

Projected revenues seem highly over exaggerated, and most likely very inaccurate. TDS needs major cash and revenues now to support those projections and it’s clear by their statements about money recently, they are hard up for it.

TDS CEO Robert Stephenson can’t be trusted after previous ticker debacle.

I have a feeling that’s why Ben Catterick and Nick Gorringe resigned. They knew he was up to no good and scheming shareholders and wanted no part of it. They moved onto other ventures and data companies.
