Employees rewarded for their hard work and dedication over the years it took to go from an $8m company in 2015; renting one location to and $40m company with multiple locations and owning their location headquarters building. Numerous companies compensate employees with shares, it's perfectly normal business practices.

Absolutely nothing wrong or alarming with shares provided to insiders, they deserve it. Additionally CEO AND CFO purchased shares on the open market with their own personal funds around these price levels. I highly doubt they plan to take a loss on their purchases.
