Reply from Gerard Dab to my question why there is a total silence around VMCS.

It is not total silence, because we published a very comprehensive Form 10-12G on March 3, which contains very detailed business and financial information.
As for other forms of communication, we will hold off until the Form 10 comes into effect, which will be no later than May 3. After that date, we will resume communication in more traditional ways.
