Perhaps it has something to do with LCY acquiring BioAmber in 2019 and LCY's attorney for some god forsaken reason insisting that LCY is a public limited company???

What did the qualified bid terms for Bioamber say??? Purchase price/Subscription price. Yeah makes sense why so many want my shares to be closed out.
