Why don't they just issue more shares to raise the capital to build the damn road? Would be a lot easier to get an off taker if we were all set to start digging in the amount of time it would take to put equipment in place instead of the customer having to wait up to 18 months. If investors saw that LBRMF was taking a proactive stance the SP would most likely go up even though there would be more outstanding shares.

I don't get it. A post just two before mine spoke of smacking the CEO upside the head with a baseball bat. But they still get to post. WOW!
