What's being missed in the Amarex VS Cytodyn case is that if fraud has been committed by Amarex, Cytodyn is entitled to triple damages and charges may be filed if some type of outside group was involved with Amarex trying to purposely hurting Cytodyn and the chances of Leronlimab getting approved.
There's many that will come out of the woodwork and discredit this theory but trust me, I live the investigative life daily, this is going to go in a direction that will hurt many short positions once the SEC and DOJ come back with charges against everyone BUT Cytodyn. The SEC and especially the DOJ are going to set an example with this case, basically sending the message that manipulation and hit piece authors will not be tolerated anymore. Starting with Citron. Who bought Amarex to Cytodyn? A former Gilead exec, there ya have it.
