For the MORE Act to pass the Senate, supporters would need 60 votes to overcome a filibuster. Federal legalization could have far-reaching ramifications for the cannabis industry. It could unlock access to traditional banking and basic financing options, such as raising capital on U.S. exchanges and applying for loans.
There's a good chance that the SAFE banking act will make it if they agree on anything over the MORE act.
