Based on what I've read, only the $185K loan is potentially dilutive if they default. He actually posted that it was non-dilutive.

Extra Clauses

6. The notes shall be convertible at the option of the Lender at any time into Series B Preferred shares at a price of $1.00 per share (based on a $.001 price in common shares).
