Correct. Total speculation at this point however it was Tweeted that ceo Peter Koch is staying on with Reostar to “develop” the relationship. Worth having some imo

“REOS announces its CEO Peter Koch has been appointed as CFO/Director of Swiss based Swiss Clean Battery AG. SCB is building a Giga factory to produce a new solid state patented green battery. Koch will continue to serve as CEO of REOS and develop the relationship with SCB.”
