So with Minecraft and GMER I looked into it yesterday and there is a Java version. This lines up with the hiring post I saw in the GMER Discord in December 2021 recruiting Java programmers.

Also, on the Microsoft Minecraft site they state they are expanding the platform in Summer of 2022. In this year, Microsoft is going to make a full Windows version. Meaning this licensing and making servers for organizations to make “virtual worlds” is going to be a business for Microsoft.

If (and I say if) this is where GMER is heading it is a stable path and if they introduced NFTs … wow. I’m hoping we are right and there is something going to happen soon with this path. We shall see ….
