I've explained it before and the answer is long and detailed
it is complicated but them so is DC and the presidency
Trump found himself on a tightwire that he didn't realize was there
and then in spite of things, did accomplish a lot of good

look at it like this....ask the question and then look for the answer
from the perspective that he couldn't get rid of him
