Speaking of "nefarious...." Are you referring to the 8k and PR? Actually there were 2 PRs come to think of it. Would have to check on the Timeline on those.

We are not going to try and guess what 8-K and PRs you are referring to. That is why we requested the links.


In regards to David’s share discrepancy from the 2020 10-K and the 2021 10-K, we still haven’t seen a SEC filing to describe why there is a difference.
