Well with that thought I found it interesting that on 3/25 Frank tweets about an attractive biotech for an RM. Then the next day he tweets about all of his custo's, except 2, having all filings and attorney letters completed to keep them pink current. He then includes in his tweet a screen shot of the PRDL information.

Could those tweets be a clue as to PRDL being the shell for a possible RM with the biotech company he mentioned the day before? If so then this stock will run very hard when the announcement is released.
