I think they need to have a few quarters with revs over a million before they try to use the reverse split to bring the share price up to jump to NASDAQ. We'll see if there is more commentary in the next couple of quarterlies, but it might be possible to make that jump heading into 2023 as they need some more solid financial footing before an uplist.
