The people that yorkville were selling too…will they be willing to scoop up millions of shares at .10-.15?….i seriously doubt it…

At those prices, dilution will have to be dumped into the market…

2 choices…the pps must drop to where York’s buyers will buy or news must come out generating large consistent volume so the market can easily accommodate the dilution…anything else will devastate the pps…

Maybe Kim is waiting for the s-1 to become effective so he can dilute as many shares as possible….HOPEFULLY without damaging the pps…but then he doesn’t give a damn about the pps…however if the volume is large enough, he couldn’t hurt the pps if he tried…
