This is a Monday morning, the first after EOM/EOQ. Many margin calls get executed on Monday morning, and the brokers start from the low end of the portfolio (market tier wise) and just sell. Those forced sales do not have to be marketed through level 2 - the broker just dumps them into whatever buyer they have themselves at whatever price that buyer is at.

Just basic market mechanics, not a conspiracy.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
