Could the reason Hovendicks shares show up in March 2022 annual report and not in Oct 21 annual report be because Frank gave him back his shares in order to vote. Remember the irreaparable harm cause for injunction is HD claimed he didn’t get to vote. If Frank allows him to vote then the reason for the injunction is gone. The injunction cannot be about monetary issues. I believe they either have voted or will vote soon and then request to remove injunction granted. HD votes won’t change anything because court has already ruled Frank has majority control
