I have to agree with Biotechotcguy , people don’t loan money for free. There’s a trade off somewhere here. My personal question is why did C. Galvin join in the forgiveness when this would possibly directly and indirectly benefit some who may be adversarial in the litigation ?? Makes me think C. Galvin knows BLPG is going to prevail through all of this right along with HYPUR and he (Galvin) owns millions of shares of BLPG along with a partner. In fact I would think this interest forgiveness is a tell on possible M&A coming. All my speculation of course but what are the other possibilities ?? These people doing so have something much bigger at play.
