agreed. It’s not like construction has just come to a halt the last two years. I’ve seen several homes, buildings, and businesses go up during that time frame. Just seems like excuses. The Panama City beach home is still the most perplexing to me. Been talking about it since 2016 and they still can’t get that thing built?
