Absent any incredible developments and legitimate funding, an RS is very likely at this point.

Bankruptcy isn't that far away either. They don't have enough cash to cover a month of operating costs, the Sims funding is smoke and mirrors, RB is certainly done putting funds in absent any real collateral or more dilution.

It's really looking like this goose is cooked.
