This has something big behind it. No doubt there is a trade off for something much bigger on the horizon. You nailed it when you said "nobody lends money for free". Only a few exceptions to that and this isn't one of them. I'll bet we get something on that in the not too distant future. I'll bet my bottom dollar we are looking at a merger with you know who. Thats always been the plan IMHO.
