CLIS is probably the most exciting company on OTC right now. They positioned themselves well because of diversification in their business model. I thought Nifter will be something for the future, but this new deal proves they are following the plan, HeyPal and Nifter at the same time. Personally, I am very optimistic about CLIS performance in the next year or two.

Second, the guy who runs HeyPal social media app Jonathan Maxim, is a very successful guy, and his company was 28th fastest growing in US last year.

This is not a hit and run type of investment, but those who can afford to wait should be rewarded handsomely.
