The only thing that matters is an increase in pps. I have to think that if Geordan etc. just converted their shares to common stock it's because they think good things are on the horizon sometime soon. It may be summer, or the end of summer, but I'm confident this will rise sooner than later.

Also, the confirmation of the convertibles makes me confident that we are safe from a RS for a good while.
