If you accepted that Bioamber is dead does that mean we all have to also, if you did enough reaseach on the companies (and all it's subsidiaries) the company as whole "Bioamber Inc" than you will understand the difference and what happened, there is a lot $ coming to Bioamber shareholders, Eno did his best to sell the entire company and help restructure Bioamber Canada which will result in a merger into Origin Materials $22+/share, it's worth a lot more than that but will be growing $$ with $ORGN shares with all the contracts and more plants built in Canada and USA
