No, Bennie won't know until the judge sentences him. Bennie nd his lawyer might have got the prosecutor to agree to a recommended sentence range as part of a plea agreement, but the judge does not have to follow the recommendation - and often don't.

So Bennie will not know what his sentence is until he is actually sentenced by the judge. The judge has sole discretion - and also will have the PSIR to help him decide - which the prosecution does nott have when the plea agreement was made.
