(5 February - Santa Clarita) DiddyStock Incredible Revolutionary Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: DIRT) announced today the beta test availability of its new breakthrough concept product ChickenPox-Onna-String(TM) targeted at the Homeland Security market to detect biological warfare agents based on genetically engineered versions of the Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV). DiddyStock spokesmodel Sandy Schell revealed that the ChickenPox-Onna-String detector was already under evaluation in a 90 day pilot program with the Nova Scotia Provincial Police who will be using three of the devices to screen all persons and packages passing through the Halifax International Airport.
Schell stated "VZV is an ideal biological warfare viral vector because it will stably accept large inserts of foreign genetic material and maintain and express genetic material encoding potent biological toxins, such as ricin, diptheria toxin, and the like. ChickenPox-Onna-String provides for facile and reliable detection of trace, even miniscule, amounts of VZV."
The beta test model of ChickenPox-Onna-String is approximately the size of a two-quart thermos bottle, but the company is planning on commercializing a second generation product that will have a form factor similar to a Starbucks Grande Latte which is a shape less likely to give rise to suspicion among passengers. The second generation will also incorporate a hafnium carbide encased Razr-type cameraphone to allow TSA screeners to play games and make personal calls while screening for VZV-based biological warfare agents. DiddyStock expects the commercial version of their concept product to be available to law enforcement officials, carnival barkers, realtors, insurance salesmen, and hairdressers within the next 5 years or so.
