Hey Altini how are you? I just saw your post about how you sold due to financial reasons. I know exactly how you must have felt when you finally hit the sell button.

I did the same exact thing but with the intention to be able to hopefully buy them back once I was able to return to work but since it was taking a little longer than expected and since things seem to be picking up steam now I had to get as many back as I could as quick as possible.

I really hope you are able to get 5000 warrants and just hold them. Even though it is possible that we would lose all our money, there is a chance that our hymcz warrants become the next big meme stock just like GME and AMC.

The reason why I say this is because I watched how big money holders tried to push hymc and the max they were able to make the price rise so far was approximately $3 dollars. These guys don't care about or even give a damn about Hycroft. They are just looking to push the price of any stock as high as they can.

It is very possible that they find their way to our hymcz warrants because there are only 12.7 million in existence and so it is a lot easier for them to accomplish their goals. They are an energy force that can not be stopped and now they bring the entire AMC community with them which naturally brings the GME community because many are investors of both.

Anyways I really believe that this is going to happen and I believe that all of us warrant holders will be surprised that it does.

Why I say this is because about a year ago our group was trying to get the attention of redditors so they could choose us as a meme stock.

We attempted, but reddit at that time because of the frenzy it had caused, made extreme restrictions not allowing posts about anything other than GME or AMC. Fast forward about one year and we find that one of the two meme stocks some how finds its way to be a part owner of HYMC.

This brought all eyes to hymc and now when people type in the symbol hymc they will also see hymcz, hyml and hymcw and wonder what they are.

If just one popular person from reddit stumbles across one of our articles when they search for hymcz, for instance, the one about the bet of the century

and they post it to reddit, this will bring tons of people to hymcz and extremely quickly cause the HYMCZ price to shoot up like a broken fire hydrant because there will be very little resistance in selling because of the short supply.

Anyways, I really believe that this is going to happen and I hope you are able to get 5000 warrants back.

I do not trust in Hycroft at all. I think their management will never have its shareholders best interest in mind. However, I do believe that there will be another meme stock chosen in the near future and it seems as though all investors will jump on one after the other until the next thing you know, you have to pay a really high price to jump in on the action.

Also just so you know, we have been in contact with AMC Adam Aron and Rick Rule, Eric Sprott's right hand man in regards to the potential renegotiation of our warrant contracts.
