guys who run boards get a woodie deleting posts. It's the only one they get maybe so why should you deny them that?
I think a vocal supporter of this deal is one of two things 1) daftest human on the planet or 2) shouldn't invest in pinks.
this deal tanked IMO opinion (and i bought a few shares) because it was an empty shell with a nominee officer (s) / directors, absolutely no business whatsoever, no attempts at a business, or making shareholders money in any way. A recently resigned Hayter left him with a huge number of old shares to sell IMO. It's a promotion, and evidentially not a very good one orchestrated by Hayter to allow Hayter to sell the public millions of shares of this POS.
if every investor who got burned in a deal could successfully threaten an action, and actually make a change it would be a good thing. only a scum bag scalping promoter would disagree don't you think?
