Per the agreement Stevie signed in Jan, $HPIL would pay off all the personal and company debt with shares and Roots would get $CRKM shares promised. So once he supplies the CRKM shares they will drop the lawsuit. Not sure how one company can pay off personal debt for a CEO with shares, but what do I know?
