No biggie. It's good to be aware of these things and have folks dig in if you don't want. That way everyone is on the same page. So, the fact that you asked made me look into it and Omaha ... win/win.

I have done enough stuff with the government to know that filings do not immediately get revealed to the public on sites. It can take a few days (or in some agencies ... weeks) for them to show up. So, I try to take these things in stride until it is known there is a problem.
