Consequently, we should expect an annual report, in other words a 10-K instead of a 10-Q quarterly report.

Going back to the Filing deadline site, you would change your "Select your Form Type:" to a 10-K and click on "Load Calculator". On the next screen, under "Filer Type" select "Non-Accelerated Filer" (almost all penny stocks are non-accelerated filers) and select the "Period End" of 30-April-2022 then hit calculate. The resulting date when we can expect the report to be due is Friday July 29. Note: you have the option to include the 15 day extension period if the company files an NT-10K to take advantage of the grace period. The resulting extended date is Monday, August 15, 2022.
