In March 2022, The Puerto Rico Financial Oversight Management Board announced that a number of solar pv and battery projects
awarded by PREPA, the Puerto Rican electric utility, were affirmed. This is an important step in the finalization of the projects
awarded to the BFHJ-Korean JV and its contract for a 48 MW solar pv project with 98 MWH of battery storage. The JV also has
interest in three projects totaling 142 MW solar pv and 250MWH of battery storage in Nevada. In January, 2022, the JV entered
into an agreement to sell one of the Nevada projects to a large domestic utility, upon final development approvals.
