I was banking some on the $10m revenue claim made when the Stageit acquisition was first announced, but was quite disappointed when the 8k came out showing that Stageit recorded revenues of $890,000 in 2021, and had expenses of $1.9 million, for a million dollar loss. Here's the 8k.

I was also disappointed that they let the top guys go at Stageit given their encouraging words about Soundstr in the PR.

On top of that my source regarding Soundstr had nothing encouraging to say (discouraging was more like it) a few days ago.

We can always hope there are some great things going on behind the scenes, and certainly with some of the names using Stageit VNUE will be able to put out some PRs that sound exciting, but what we have been allowed to see and undertand seems to be discourging the market with good reason.

Sorry for the negativity, but that's just how I see things these days.
