On a very small positive note it looks like they are done paying for the XTREME deal they wrote of a few years back. It must have been a bad deal all around, but I don't know much about it.

"On January 11, 2021, the Company issued the remaining compensation of 1,250,000 Preferred Series E shares to the shareholders of Xtreme completing the terms of the deal."
