To me it looks like the lack of info falls on Mr Sikes, the author of the article. The following article sheds more light on the subject, in my opinion, where it says,
"ALYI is now engaged in replicating its African electric motorcycle model in Latin America, starting in Brazil."
After reiterating that, "ALYI is actively delivering on a $2 million electric motorcycle order in Kenya executed Q4 2021...."

For what it's worth. I'm willing, for my part, to find a glimmer of hope for $ALYI success. It's no small thing, no small task for Alternet and no small risk for shareholders and oncoming investors.
