Extension Filed for Annual Report, looking at the legal, professional, general expense dollars for 2021 in this filing I would assume that they are going to keep this current and make something happen with this shell and the HIV drug license.

Hopefully by April 15 the annual report will provide info on their business & marketing plan. This is really the news that will move the stock price up. Also exposure is needed badly.

Actually expecting a mini road show to raise the stock price so they can sell some shares to raise cash. I know they need money and there are plenty of shares they can sell without diluting their control.
