Long term shorts will win, there is nothing positive when a company that loses 300 million a year does a stock split. When apple, google tesla or amazon does it, is it good because it will cause positive sentiment and a lower buyin price.
Rasing the potential stock float to 1 billion shares here has something to do with future ways to issue new shares.
The company will not be profitable, my take ever.
They will have to dilute shareholders here to raise capital, with rising interest rates all over the place due to the high inflation, money losing tech companies will get hard times in the months to come.
This might rise today because a lot of you believers will buyin to this so called good news is only short term.
Long term this boat will sink again, and the lower stock price will also mean it's going to get cheaper shorting this stock to the bottom.

Check my stockposting history, solid and in the end I was always right about my choices. I will short this to the ground, I will wait what the price action does in the coming days and make my entry, hope it goes to 1000 as some say here, that would be a big bagger :)

BTW don't always believe the stock promoters here, most of them have hidden agenda's.
