This stock is a pump and dump POS.
Huge dilution.
Also, why did Chong convert his preferred shares into 200 million common shares?
He did this in November and the stock started its free fall right after.
Coincidence? I think not.
I wonder how many of those shares he sold into the market.
I bet he made a pretty penny.
